If someone change a crank shaft and collecting rod will it be able to have enough power to pump water

It can power pump water without charging the crank shaft and connecting rod. If the generator have the capacity to power it.

I also have a generator just like this one, which knocks pretty severely, The connecting rod bearing is bad, and the engine also has extremely low compression and lots of blowby :( The saddest part is that it only has 3 hours of runtime on it. The build quality was not very good I suppose :( I am considering taking it apart to see if I can fix it before it is too late

You can fix it if it doesn’t blown to the piston or Governor race side.

Yes the oil sensor is not working that was why the engine got knocked.
