It's an ill wind that blows no-one any good - it might have seemed like a disaster that the roads were mostly cancelled once again this year but it's allowed you to concentrate on the short circuits and look at the results. You'll be able to carry this back onto the roads (hopefully) next year and who knows what will happen then. Exciting times Lee, well done.

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! Loving this. Even beginning to fan boy a bit!?! Last time I did that I was 10 years old and it was Barry Sheene!! Found out about you watching road racing while living in the USA; they don't have proper racing there. Spotted these blogs and really enjoying the content. I grew up watching bike racing at Knockhill and remember back in the 70s when they had to sweep the cow shit off before meets as it was still a working farm. Just back to UK and looking forward to getting back to trackside but at least I caught the racing on telly last weekend. So pleased to see you get a good result on short tracks. Whitam's wisdom is spot on.

Ridiculous how they let something like 70k into Wembley but only 1k into Knockhill. My friend & I had booked from May to come across from Northern Ireland on our bikes for our 1st BSB meeting. Only for the government to come out with their lop-sided regulations 😡😥. First thing I'd like to say thank you from Canada. I'm 5'.6'' tall and ride better on my cbr 1000r then my 750 VFR (Classic). It's probably because of Rider aids like TC, ABS, ECT.
