It’s truly disheartening when we encounter flight instructors who seem more focused on logging their own hours than on genuinely teaching. This video, which is under 10 minutes long, offers more valuable insights than some instructors manage to impart. A dedicated and knowledgeable instructor can make a world of difference in your learning journey. Let’s strive to support and recognize those who prioritize our education and growth in aviation!

Best explanation on the internet. Hands down. I’m 20 hours in and no teacher has explained it like this.

Good instructor, this is the proper way to instruct as innate understanding is key in any endeavor.

Why did I sense that the student had an entitled attitude towards the instructor? Instructors teach us because we lack certain knowledge, and truly absorbing what they share requires full attention and humbled conscious effort.

My friend i think I understand where you’re coming from I also felt a little bit of what you were saying when the student was asking a question that was against what the teacher was teaching, but you need to understand that you need to ask those questions so your misconceptions can be cleared. Don’t take this attitude as being rude or being arrogant, or prideful or being not willing to learn. He has a right to feel entitled to asking questions when he has doubts with what the teacher said because he is paying for every hour, don’t be so humble that you now become timid about clearing your doubts. only after those doubts have been cleared by the teacher or instructor in this case, will he now not just understand the concept the instructor is teaching, but he will BELIEVE it

Went on a discovery flight a couple of days ago and started studying ground school 2 day ago (many many hours in just two days)....I've only spent 1 hr in a cockpit and this was an ah haaa moment even for me lol as I sit and study slips and skids visualizing turns and visualizing feeling the turns. You can read what they are and how the feel but this video just makes it all come together and make sense. Very good instructor and amazing video. thanks for this video man!
