It always surprises me humans have to try so hard to *consciously not drink* when it should so much more be that they consciously drink. Why is it that you enter an event and automatically are handed an alcoholic drink that you can to put in effort to deny? So frustrating. I hate that so many social scenes rely on alcohol as someone who simply doesn’t care about drinking. Where are the fun, thoughtful juices and seltzers? Give me a good infused sweet tea pairing with my food! Ugh.
