So I'm like a month late but I just caught this and if you caught it too props but when he says "I'm drivin' 'em all crazy" he is not only saying that he is driving everyone that listened to the song crazy. At the beginning of the song, he says "it's my alter ego's fault" meaning slim shady is rapping this song, so with that line, he says that "I'm (slim) drivin' 'em (Eminem) all crazy".
