I’m not a father but I lost my dad at the young age of just 54 to ALS. Prior to his passing I sat down with him and he broke down and said “I’m sorry I’m leaving you so soon, it’s not fair to you. But I want you to know I’ll always be with you.” Hearing him fighting this decease that was basically causing his body to slowly betray him and how much he was hurting physically yet still what hurt him most was leaving my life broke me. Love or hate Eminem, Marshall has been everything to his little girls.

I lost my dad about a year ago... We had a bad relationship for a long time, but that last month he used to just tell me he loves me, and to keep going. He told me life doesn't get easier even though my childhood was hard. He wasn't wrong. So now I live to do his life justice, bad things in relationships happen, they always will. Now I strive to always end any conversation I have with someone I care about in a good way, tell em I love them, because I take take anymore guilt of not taking advantage of the time I have with those I love.

My father passed at 62 from ALS.....there is no pain like watching your hero not be able to do for you and yours like he has your entire life. But he became my hero all over again by refusing to lose his sense of humor and even when he used a computer to speak he fostered a relationship with his young grandchildren. He was given 2 yrs and made it almost 6 until my 4th child and final was almost 1. He tried for Xmas that year so hard but didnt make it. I dont think there is any disease that affects adults as horrific as ALS. Even alzheimers patientsspend vast amounts of time not knowing anythimg is horrible wrong and i feel that is a solace. From one who knows what you went through im sorry. I do need to ask for me was your father ex military?

Biggest moment at the end for me is the no cussing. Em has always said throughout, don’t take his music so literally, he is just playing around, then we have cancel culture trying to cancel him etc and his message has always been you know “if my music is literal and i am a criminal how the F can i raise a little girl i couldn’t i wouldn’t be fit to” he has always said an artist should be free to express themselves without people thinking that’s who they truly are. The no cussing bit at the end goes to show almost as if to say listen just because i swear on records, just because i insult people and say bad things on records, that isn’t who i am my music isn’t my role model because i don’t raise my little girl to be like me, to ever take my music literally, i teach her morals, respect and to be good, the no cussing part being another glimpse into his real morals, his real messages and attitude to life away from music, his music is just an expression of himself it isn’t, himself overall as a person. If only media and cancel culture etc would understand all of that ey.

This is why I love Eminem. The jokes are great, and the skill is undeniable. But what really made me a fan was to hear a rapper actually talk about something real. I know there are a few artists that do this now (still not that many really) but back in the day, Em was the only one that showed this vulnerability. Rappers just talked about dealing, having all the women and money, and bragging about how much better than you they are. Em changed that and showed us a real human being that goes through some stuff. Man as soon as you hear the audio of little Hailey and Em I can see the emotion in your eyes. 💜🖤 I don't think a reactor has gotten through this yet with out tearing up.

I started listening to the album as soon as it dropped Thursday my time, when this song hit, I started to cry immediately. Such a amazing song.

I was taking apart a shelf in my basement, while listening to this song. Crying while doing it. I have a book that I’m writing for my daughter. That she’ll get when she’s 18, or I die.

Knox, I have a 6 year old girl and twin 4 year old girls, and I just find it amazing the different perspective I have with this song compared with Em's other songs such as Mockingbird and When I'm Gone. I could listen to those songs all the way up until this album dropped, and not have as intense emotional connection as I had having heard this song when it was released. Maybe it's the voice clips, maybe it's the chorus and the overall message, but the way my heart feels with this one is unmatched. With much love to my little girls.

This song hits sooooooo different when you're a girl dad. I have a 2.5 year old little tornado and this actually made me choke up. Especially the little snippets of audio from what I assume are home videos. Beautiful 💜. Would love to see a reaction video to Halie hearing this for the first time.

i was specifically waiting for this one as you mentioned apparently others were too.. just because i know of all the channels i watch that react to eminem you’re the most vocal about your daughters.. i know some others are parents but i don’t know even how many kids or if they have daughters/sons. which does hit different.. even for me as a mother to a son. also, i just lost my grandfather (who was my main father figure throughout my life) so i’m looking at it from both angles everytime.. but, i know there’s something special about the bond between fathers & daughters.. i knew you’d appreciate it in a way the majority of the others can’t. even as a fan, i’m barely older than hailie but have been listening to eminem my whole life.. his love for her is so vibrant / apparent, their bond is extremely precious. us lifelong fans have that special place in our heart for her because of the connection through his music… just to imagine the pain we will go through when he passes away, it isn’t even on the same comparable scale as it will be for hailie. it’s just .. ugh… life is hard. i know lots of people hate on eminems emotional or meaningful songs like this but i will always enjoy them & love hearing him open up. ironic enough, usually when we do hear it, it is because of his kids.

As someone's who's mother is sick and my father has been gone for a while now, it really hits to the core. Rarely do I cry but damn, I'm not even a father yet. If you tend to think about death and loss of loved ones daily, songs like these hit extra heavy. Proud of ya as a father and being there man. We appreciate you overall and time does fly. Looking forward to the next upload as usual fam.

Ever since the Em dropped and I heard this song I've been waiting to watch this reaction. I skipped the others and I'll watch them later, but I just really wanted this one to be the first. ❤ Much love man to you and the fam and everyone going through tough times ✊️

Was listening to this in the gym for the first time and I had to pause it so I didn't bawl my eyes out in front of everyone 😅 this one hits different as a father.

Who put this bowl of onions here 😢 As a father of three little ones. This hit me as well. My oldest is 4 years old and my middle child is 18 months and my youngest is 5 months. They grow up so fast.

I don't know how any of the people reacting to this made it through this song 😢 let alone how he and Skylar got through recording (and writing it). It's very special she'll always have this. ❤

That reaction to the first 30 secs of this song was the most genuine shit ever. Knox went through so many emotions in that short amount of time, almost being brought to tears before Em could even start his verse. What a powerful and heartwrenching piece. LLMM for many more years to come👏🏽❤

soon as the audio of Hailee plays, I'm bawling. It's like how I play with my daughter. I've been listening to Em since I was 10 and it just reminds me how I've grown up with his music & that I can still connect with it. I think it's really special that he shared those audio clips in the song.

I've never met this man, i dont even live in the same country. I've only listened to his songs and heard his stories and follow is life in the media but still feel like i've grown up with both him and Hallie...and this really hit me hard. Imagine Hallie when she first heard it 😢

As someone who grew up without a father like em hearing this song is especially touching for me because of how loving em really is and it may be forgotten because of how controversial he is at times but at the end of the day this is a great father and man in general putting his heart into this song which makes it even more beautiful. Top 5 em song for sure❤
