"kiki" is like the equivalent of "lol" when indicating that you're laughing at something. It's based on the Korean letters ㅋㅋ. One difference is that "lol" means "laughing out loud" but "kiki" (ㅋㅋ) indicates snickering. It could be a cultural thing that on Korean social media people prefer that expression over any expression that means the equivalent of laughing out loud.

OTOH, "lol" is not an onomatopoeia, it's just an abbreviation for the words "laughing out loud", just like "LMAO" stands for "laughing my a s s off". So ㅋㅋㅋ (no matter how many times you write it) will always actually refer to snickering, but for all practical purposes it's usually used in the same contexts as lol. The longer you write it, the more snickering. If you want a closer equivalent to "lol" in meaning, you would write something like "ㅎㅎㅎ" which represents the onomatopoeia "ha ha ha" (하하하). But ㅋㅋㅋ probably gets used 90% of the time.

If u turn on the subtitles the "ki ki" is written in hangul as "ㅋㅋ" which is "ke ke", which is how korean laugh in text (their version of "haha") which sometimes also go by just "k k". So basically she's just laughing at the notion that "you think you can beat us?"

TBH, she always has to fight for recognition, even though that shouldn't be the case. YG never (literally NEVER) said, announced, confirmed or otherwise ever indicated that she is "only the lead rapper". But in 2016 some weird "fans" (or whatever) kept spam posting all over social media a fake list of position rankings that they claimed was "official". (Even some Kpop media and sloppy Melon just repeats the fake list, while never claiming that it ever came from YG. Kpop Profiles even acknowledges that it was never confirmed by YG.) Unfortunately, a lot of Kpop fans aren't very good at distinguishing fake news from real news, so they believed it...and then they started spamming it everywhere. According to that fake list, Lisa was "only" the number 2 rapper. Even now, whenever you see a new reactor to BP, you can almost always see half a dozen m i n d l e s s fans posting that fake list that puts Lisa in the number 2 position. If a reactor really likes Lisa's rapping, more m i n d l e s s fans will say "yeah, but she's only the lead rapper, so she's not as good as the main rapper." Of course YG/YG producers never treated her like the number 2 from day one. (If anything, they manage things so that her rapping doesn't become the highlight of every song.) But the same deluded fans then attack YG/YG producers for not respecting the other rapper's "number 1" position...even though YG/YG producers literally NEVER said that the other rapper is the number 1. Lisa's been killing the rapping game in BP from the beginning. But she's always been doing it under the cloud of that fake number 2 position ranking. Even now, some people seem to think that she's only recently improved to this point. But "The Girls" was actually recorded around the same time that the Born Pink album songs were being recorded, so obviously this is not a new ability that she only recently developed.
