It's being pushed to 2027 (or later) because Sony is likely starting production on the next Tom Holland Spider-Man movie next year. They're not gonna release two Spider-Man movies in 2026 and there's no way Beyond the Spider-verse is a 2025 film.

Honestly I feel like Transformers Animated is pretty underrated, it's such a different yet unique take, Cybertron isn't dead, Optimus and friends are mostly just rank and file, Ninja robots are a thing and The autobots are pretty well known around Detroit. Season 1 is totally serviceable but 2 onwards is so damn good
