Ingredients:
Oil-2 1/2 Tbsp
Mustard seed-1 Tsp
Large Onion-1 or 135 Grams
Fennel Seeds-1 Tsp
Garlic Cloves-10 Or 30 Grams
Green chili-3
Curry Leaves Srigs-2
Small Tomato-1/2 Or 45 Grams
Salt to your taste
Jaffna curry Powder-3 Tbsp
Tamarind pulp-25 grams (extracted with 3 Tbsp of water)
Chick Peas-1 Cup or 225 Grams (Cooked Chickpeas)
water-2 Cups or 500 ML
Deep fried eggplant-3 Or 475 Grams (Mixed the eggplants with little salt)
1st extracted coconut milk-2 Tbsp
