I have that design but my mold tray is not as deep. I got mine from Amazon. The Amazon version would be better for lotion bars, I think. Great video!

I have been trying to do a swirl for forever! I didn’t know you had to have it at such a low temperature. I’ve been pouring at like 130-150! No wonder I can’t get a swirl...

I really do enjoy watching your videos (even though the focus on your camera drives me nuts, but I know it drives you nuts too). I have bought all the things for making my own melt and pour soaps, just as a hobby, and your videos are creative and seem like the things I can achieve, thanks for that :)

Hi Wendy, I think I fixed the focus issue. I hope you will notice it in the later videos. 🌺

Hi Anna, can you use natural products like tumeric or thyme in melt and pour as a colorant?
@koalasoap84355 жыл бұрын
Good question, I think you can for tumeric but I am not sure about the thyme...

Is there a reason you use distilled water in mica and not alcohol?
@koalasoap84356 жыл бұрын
Because alcohol make the mica disperse. Distilled water does not. I was going for a swirl effect. If I don't want to get a swirl i will just use alcohol. Hope that helps 🌺

@@koalasoap8435 why distilled water and not tap water? It might seem like a will question but I was just wondering.
@Julietaescasan5 жыл бұрын
How come you use water instead of alcohol that use all the time or does it matter?
@koalasoap84355 жыл бұрын
When trying to do a swirl if I use alcohol it just disperses the colorant. Distilled water does not make the colorant disperse. 🌺
