The taste of Kobe beef The meat quality is that fat is finely contained in the red meat, making it vivid and beautiful "sashi" (called "marbling"), and when heat is added, the "sashi" melts and the red meat around it is relaxed, making it soft and smooth. I. The melting point of Kobe beef's "sashi" is so low that it melts in human skin, it is not thick and its unique rich aroma spreads throughout the mouth, creating mellowness and richness in the taste. 神戸牛すてーき健🐃 ken ueno

wagyu is typically eaten on the rarer side because of all the fat that it has. Especially compared to the typical steaks.

seafood needs to be as fresh as possible, otherwise you can get sick. Plus the lobster barely felt anything, once the chef stabbed it in the back of the head it was dead

It is cruel to kill a lobster like that and make youtube viewers watch it. There should be rating and graphic content warning on this video.

@@lordkfc1297 In fact, I shouldn't answer to someone who defines what he eats with the term "fucking" but since I am also in fight with ignorance, I'll try to enlighten people who can be saved (not you, you are not recoverable). Normally, chefs put knife on head of lobster before cooking. In this video, lobster is in moribund state too long. It doesn't die in couple of seconds at most, but stays on hot pan longer. It is called "torture". Lobsters feel the pain and who you are to defend the idea of playing with a living being on a hot pan? Plus, gastronomically, the more animal you will eat feels the pain it becomes worse appetitewise. Hope, people are enlightened (not you, you cannot be).

@@pandatheelectronic Lobsters have an exoesqueleton, that is a hard carapace made of quitin, so the lobster barely felt the heat during the couple seconds it was on the grill before the knife went in(it would be the same as having a human in medieval armor on a huge grill, they would feel almost nothing). That is not torture, its food preparation. Seafood needs to be as fress as possible, otherwise there is a risk of getting ill. As for the rest of your points humans are omnivores so we eat both plants and meat, and just like any other animal we don't fell sorry for the things we eat because the are fucking food. So just as I and many others don't care about the things we eat, I also don't care what a random internet user thinks of me for eating a steak or a lobster. Now good day to you

@@lordkfc1297 According to researches done on lobsters, they do feel pain and when used as a food death should come asap. Even though it has chitin, since it is on hot pan, the heat will get inside as well. Man, didn't you get any education? Chitin will not prevent the heat. As you can read -can you?- I spent no words opposing to eating meat. Just stated, this video shows torturing a lobster by not killing it before cooking it. Also chefs hit it with knife beforehand, that won't change the appetite. I believe you don't care about what you eat since I saw your knowledge. There is no "we" but only "you", don't try to get companions to share your ignorance.
@lordkfc1297

@@pandatheelectronic Chitin will not prevent prolonged heat, but it will indeed prevent a couple of seconds of it like the time the lobster was on that grill. Not enough time for it to cause any meaningfull pain. It is no torture. If you are trying to sound smart maybe do some actual research
