Why use a zero tail swing in this application?

Because of weight and flotation. Zero Tail Swing is lighter and floats in wetter areas.

It's not mud but you'll get stuck really fast that's what the wide tracks are for

In the Netherlands complete peat areas have been exploited and replaced by farmfields. We are desperately trying to preserve those valuable last pieces of peat. Those areas are filled with unique flora and fauna and are irreplaceable. And yet these guys fill up a truck with the stuff every minute?
