My biggest issue with this deck is once people realize the combo, their going to kill the kobold then maly. So im trying to create an OTK that kills the Kobold on your turn. Best answer i got so far either backstab+w.e for 3 dmg. Typically leaves you about 3 mana to spend. Without Prep, its pretty hard to pull off a full OTK of 30+dmg.

I've also considered adding cheat death secret, or shadow step. I feel like these could make OTK much easier.

Shadowcaster/Sonya to get 1 mana costed versions wich only have 1 life or cube are also options Pyromancer and backstab would result in exacies aswell but then you need to cube it or shadowcaster wich would require leaving it up again Could also stealth it since high damage AoE is being less played right now as most people seem to trade their creatures (Though that could just be my perception)

I’ve played this deck a load since the expansion came out. Full combo I’ve had is : kobold illusionist Blood mage thalnos Backstab the illusionist Then sinister strike Sinister strike Eviserate for 28 damage. (Which is usually enough) Or against priest I try to keep them at 30 and use prep shadow strike which deals 39 damage total.

Ive made some interesting alterations to Toasts deck, so far the most effective action is to do something like vanish or sap then play kobold. Then kill it next turn, gg ez. Most people dont have an answer for it. Typical basis for the formula definitely leads up to 25-28 dmg in one turn if u have to kill kobold yourself without backstab

Of course that wouldn't contribute to the Quest, if all you had to do was summon 5 of the same minion rather than play them you'd have no reason to run bounce cards since you could just drop a token spawner like Violet Teacher or Onyxia and complete it with half the effort.

for the true OTK from hand you need umbra, fun deck when it comes together. against control you can get greedy with shadowstepped umbra/cube or the mana reduction from new secret: 2 mana kobold -> 2 mana umbra -> 3 mana cube on kobold gives 3 malys w/3 mana left for sinisters and a razorpetal =52 dam

That deck costs 10040 dust. Packs are worth an average of 100 dust, and at the $50 purchase for 40 packs, packs are worth $1.25 each. At this rate, it costs $125 to open the 100 packs required to generate 10040 dust. This calculation does not account for the high variance in pack value with golden cards and legendaries, so it could easily be much more or less. I will not play $125 to play a single deck in this poorly designed, RNG ridden mess of a game.

On 8 mana mind you First summon kobold (4) play petal blossom (2) Play first petal on kobold (1) (7 mana so far to get 2 malygos for 1 sinister strike. sinister would deal 13 damage not enough to finish him at 31. So .....am i missing something or...is math not your strongest suit lol.
