Wow, this is the only helpful video I found about this. Kodak really needs to have more information about how to fix the possible mistakes or mechanical errors a user may face. I opened the film compartment, and everything fell out, so when I put the zink paper back in, it was unknowingly upside-down. When you do this, it literally rolls over onto itself, forcing you to remove it manually no matter what. I was so confused, and Kodak was no help at all. Same with the lines. Thank you so much!!!!! :)

The blue calibration sheet is included with every pack of Zink paper. You need to use the one that comes with Kodak branded Zink paper. You don't need to order one special. If you have the Kodak calibration sheet, you can use it with Zink paper for other brands of cameras, but the results may not be the same as with Kodak paper.

How do you get the lines to go away? There is nothing blocking the slot and we used a brand new fresh paper package with calibration sheet.

Is there another type of paper used with this camera. Or does it only work with zinc paper? Please tell me what kind of paper I can get as a replacement for your zinc

same with mine as well! I charged the camera and restarted yet no picture is printing. my camera either shuts off right after I push the shutter button or it’s about to print but nothing comes out.

@@jesterjess I figured out the issue with mine hopefully it works for you too. I opened the back and a film sheet had been jammed causing the issue of the pictures not printing. After I removed the jammed paper it worked fine.

Yeah my Kodak c300r just jammed so badly and I’m searching everywhere for like a tear down video to see what the inside is supposed to look like. I think it’s ruined 😡
