Thank you for another excellent video. I thought the images you took were very similar, but I tended to like the ultramax images a little better. It seemed like there was more dynamic range and more detail in the shadows. I know what you mean about 36 images being too much. Maybe try bracketing images? Anyway, keep up the good work!

Thanks for this very interesting video!! I am still beginning in analog photography but thanks to videos like this one I can learn (or discover) a couple of things of these 2 film stocks that I am about to use. For instance, I must admit that your pictures in bright sunny day which include the sky somehow look a bit too intense/blue for my taste in Ultramax 400. And I was surprised about how much I liked the night shot in Gold 200 didn't expect that. More so when you have explained that you didn't alter them much in digital post- processing. I will follow your other videos!

Hahahaha trust me I still haven’t made my decision yet but I like shooting 24 instead of 36 exposures so I might continue to shoot Kodak gold for a while and maybe shoot ultramax when traveling because I know I might end up taking more photos

TheFilmDigit i actually prefer a 24 shot too! I have both films in my freezer now! I have been loving pro image 100 too, but those are 36! I tend to have my colors be a little weird when i have developed ultra Max...really super magenta ish!!

I’ve got people recommend pro image to me but I have never tried that. Maybe I will and if I tend to like it too then I will have 3 different speeds to shoot within the day. Yeah developing and scanning color negatives is a bit tricky, yesterday I went live on my Instagram while scanning and I had a friend on there that helped get my colors look good

There are 24 exp. of Kodak Ultramax. I usually get that from Amazon. Nice video!
