KODAK PHOTO PRINTER ERROR, how to fix cartridge problem! 코닥 프린터 고장, 고치는 법

I've got a lot of comments on my kodak photo printer about cartridge problems. personally, I also got the same error, specifically when i haven't use my printer for a long time. maybe because of the heat, the plastic roll of ink sticks to the cartridge surface making it hard for the printer to eject it.

Thanks a lot! Saved my cartridges. Also, if you are somehow out of ink but still have photo papers left, you can remove the plastic cover that says do not open and insert the leftover papers into another cartridge. I have tried, it works.

BLESS YOU! The clear wrap just before the ink was stuck to the plastic of the cartridge and I never would have thought to pull it apart (carefully!) Thank you so much!!!

Hi, thanks for this video. I tried losening the cartridge like done in the video but the cartridge was still unrecognised. Does anyone have any other ideas to fix an unrecognised cartridge? i seem to waste so many cartridges because of this issue. Thanks

Thank you for sharing this vid. I am planning to purchase a Kodak Mini 3 and your vid will prep my expectations if the message on cartridge error appears & i know how to fix it. I am thinking, if the printer is not in use, wonder if I can take out the cartridge, and insert it back when I need to use it for printing. Does this helps to minimise cartridge error?

Just found out it has a reset button on the side. Simply power off device use something to push and hold the reset while powering on the device. It will realize the wheel and set to factory this fixed my issue.

@@melissaoehler3532 it's a small hole on the side you need a small needle or pin to push it. Hold it in for a bit while turning on it will reset.

​@@NatsumeKonno Do you have to hold the reset button at the same time that you hold the on button and wait for it to turn on? I tried it but it doesn't turn on unless I stop pushing the reset button

@@issunshinek8547 I think you just hold it for 10seconds then let go. Once you turn on it will reset.

The 3" x 3" photo cartridges I use contain 10 sheets of blank photos.

@@rohanjangam511when u buy the papers, it comes with the ink for 10 photos each-- so a box of 30 papers has 3 ink cartilages

i just got this camera/printer. ive tried printing a picture 5 times on the intial cartridge. EVERY TIME, it will spit out the paper on the first pass, then it gets kinked sideways, jams and 'finishes'. then i have to pull the print (with a little smudge of ink on it) with no photo. i havent even tried downloading the app to my phone yet. if i use this entire cartridge (which i will do) and it doesnt work, im sending it back and telling them to throw it in the garbage have you got any ideas?

My problems is pushing the cards out. Before every print a must remove cartridge push white card a little bit out throw small window in midlle. Just 1mm out from magazine and then put the cartridge back.

Hi guys, my brand new printer would not even start the Print. Whenever I press “print”, the printer switches off and to turn it back ON I have to place it on charge. (Fully charged at the time of printing) Does anyone face the same issue? Thank you so much!

It doesn't work for me, neither the reset button. When I press it and release it, the camera doesn't turn on. If I try with the cartridge I still get the error msg 😭

I never had problems until Kodak updated the app. Now I get a "Failed to pick up paper" message no matter what I do. Grr.

@@hazurajane same here, hadn’t used it for awhile and when I switched it on asked to update firmware which I did updated. Now I get failed to pickup paper and wasted cartridges because of it. Shouldn’t have updated and no solution too it
