I made my grandparents buy the UK version of the Dyson Ball Multifloor like mine. I vacuumed their whole house and filled it right to the top and I have their Dyson DC14 Animal to clean up so they can sell it

My DC40's filter was a lot smaller than the DC55's. The DC55 is basically a DC41MK2 or 'Dyson Ball Multifloor' in the US. The filter on the DC40 got dirty quickly so you need to wash the filter once a month. The DC55 is so much better. It has the big filter like your Ball Multifloor. There is a comparison video on my channel and other videos of my DC55 on my channel. if you ever have time to check them out you can see how similar it is to your Ball Multifloor. Since watching your videos I have started vacuuming slower to give the vacuum time to do its job and it is much more effective

I bought mine to my grandma's house and they have a DC14 animal. My Dyson Ball Multifloor was full after one lounge downstairs and after the rest of the house it was just past max

Have you ever tried a new or well maintained DC17 or DC23 motorhead? I bought this model after watching your videos (used bed bath and beyond 20% off on top of dyson $100 off event so only paid $257 including 7% tax). However I found it performed the same as my DC17 in cleaning and worse in almost all other areas. I made videos comparing them but dont know if i will ever bother to edit/upload them. Turning the new one hurt my wrist and when moving it while on and with the wand off the bin would always pop off so I ended up returning it. Its still one of the best bagless vacuums out there I just like my DC17/23 better.

If you reversed the order the DC14 would have also picked up something that was left behind. No vacuum picks up 100%, however some do picks up better than others. The newer Dyson models certainly pick up better than the older models. The Dyson Ball Multifloor certainly did an excellent job!

I can tell my Dyson Ball upright cleaner is better than dc14. so I really like the Dyson Ball Upright cleaner a lot.

I feel like dyson has beefed up the motors in their recent models. I could be wrong but the new ones sound more aggressive

Haha. My grandparents' DC14 Animal does a good job. It has a good enough seal on their carpets. It has had new filters and a new motor recently. Still if I used my DC40 2015 after using the DC14 I would get lots of dirt out of the carpet the DC14 couldn't get

+elijah huggins Kirby Sentria and newer, are pretty close to a Rainbow in filtration. But Kirby is superior to Rainbow in agitation and airflow. Rainbow does make your house smell fresher because the air is water washed. But you can always buy a asthma and allergy friendly certified air purifier fairly cheap if you are concerned with air quality.

You should never run a brush roll on a hardwood floor unless its specially made for a hardwood floor.
