Robyn is the freeloading wife that didn't even contribute a plug nickel to the family, never had to work for anything, yet she got everything! It's disgusting that Robyn gets expensive cars, clothes, crystals, paintings, jewelry, yet kody made it clear that he wouldn't contribute one red cent to his daughter's back surgery, when she was in so much physical pain and discomfort! The only thing Robyn pushed to contribute to the family was my Sister wives closet, where they sold nasty old ugly jewelry, for four times the price! For a smart person who has earned a good salary for years,Janelle has not been smart with her financial dealings with Kody. She absolutely let herself be hood winked by both Kody and Robyn. I could not believe how Christine who never had the education & a business degree that Janelle did, had more intuition that Kody was out to screw Meri ,Janelle, & her out of the profits from their Las Vegas house sales. However, when Kody was revealing his architectural plans for a massive house he wanted to build for the whole family, Christine was the only wife who actually twigged that she was being coerced by Kody by their move to Flagstaff, which would benefit his finances, but not the first 3 wives. Janelle was naive and said “Oh one big house will be great for the family.” I could not believe how it took SOoooo long for Janelle to wake up.

Yes, other homes are more expensive (in Flagstaff). However, the outside of Robyn's house is really, really ugly. It looks like a hunter's cabin: cheap, boring brown siding. No landscaping at all. No attempt to make it pretty. A boring front door that is not welcoming. No one in their right mind would spend $2M on a hunter's shack. Now, the inside certainly has a lot of potential. But the outside..... really cheap and gross.

It’s not always about not being able to afford to do something. Maybe they don’t want people in and around their property I can afford to buy a house for cash tomorrow, but I’ve had a broken dishwasher for three years. I chose not to get it fixed because I don’t want the aggravation of having to go buy it having to have someone install it. My carpet is disgusting. It’s 20 years old. I have kids and dogs. It’s not worth me getting it replaced until I move out and put the place up for sale.

Most likely it has a cistern. These are very common in areas of the US where public water isn't available. I grew up with a cistern, and we collected rain water from the roof to fill the cistern. Before it came into the house, the water went through a water filtration system to clean the water and to make it safe to use. From the sounds of their water consumption, their way over using water to have to buy that much water each month.

As a realtor in Wisconsin, the deck would be considered a health hazard, a defect. The buyers would have every right to ask them to "cure" the railings so that no one would be harmed from the faulty railings. Their realtor should have made them at least fix the railings. And a realtor owes the duty of confidentiality to their clients, their sellers and not give an answer why the owners are selling the house.

Its great to see your smile, Ive missed seeing it. Its a shame the house is in such sad shape. I dont see how they will sell the house with all the repairs that are needed. Most lenders will require those repairs to be done before they will write a mortgage, especially the mold, dangerous deck and unfinished tile work. If the carpets are as bad as indicated, they probably are beyond the point of being cleaned and need to be replaced. If the mold, deck and tile are visibly in need of repair, what repairs are there that are not visible and will be found during an inspection? I doubt anybody will pay so much for a house is such bad condition!

No one snuck in. No one lied. There were two women there. Akkera was one of them. The other woman was a legit potential buyer who was looking to possibly buy the house, and brought Akkera along with her. The potential buyer had to be vetted first before she was even allowed to see the house to make sure she was even eligible to afford such a house. Time for an apology because that potential buyer did absolutely nothing wrong. Should Akkera have recorded EVERYTHING and and touched things? No. But the other woman who was looking to buy the house did not lie or sneak in.
