Are there no additional properties when you hold down buttons? that damage difference seems insignificant to me tbh. But as I was clearing her missions I got stuck super hard in a couple of combos where I had to do this teleport into dash C follow up and ffs man I just couldnt get used to the timing at all, it felt stupid 1f link hard to do. Then I just thought about not holding down the buttons as the challenge told me to do and omfg I literally didnt miss the timing once since. For real it felt like that gap for me to input dash C went from 1f to 10f, it just turned so dramatically easier to do. I just had the feeling the game trolled me and told me the stupid hard way to do it for no reason but idk if there's something else to it.

I'm going through the vet challenges and I have a question regarding d canceling recovery (didnt catch how you called it, sth like d parry?). I understand I have to follow my special with d hold to cancel recovery, but there's times when the game tells me to input sth like 214B+D and ofc it works since that's how the challenge goes. However when I try to input that myself in 214B to simplify stuff in my combo there's this huge delay on the startup and I drop it. Is D also able to delay stuff? Or maybe it's just me missing timings completely. Thanks.

@@justsomeguy727 I was mostly referring to tournaments. I play a lot of them in BBTag as well, gets annoying. She used to be difficult in Vanilla UNIB and exe:Late, so there was a time where you didn't see her everywhere. I don't like using overused characters, so I can't use her anymore, and i'm aware that its a personal problem. People can do whatever they want, and i'm happy more are enjoying the game, especially over BBTag. Unfortunate it took EVO to do it, but what can you do, lol.
