Fun Fact about Kobo-mama's name: Kobo's name originated from a silly pun. Kobo Kanaeru is like the japanese yassification of the phrase "Kobokan air" which means finger bowl... If you don't know what that is, it's a bowl of water usually provided by Indonesian restaurants and you use it to wash your fingers (or whole hands) after eating (because people usually eat with their hand in traditional Indonesian restos or when Indonesians eat their food in general). Kobo-mama's name is Shella Ngaeru... well Shella is a pretty normal name but don't let that fool you. Because her case is similar to Kobo's. Shella Ngaeru is a pun from "Selang Air" which means water hose. So yeah, it's all water-based pun :) Kobo tried to play it smooth by saying her name came from the japanese words "Kibou" (Hope) and "Kanaeru" (To Grant), so "Granting Hope" because draught is a terrible thing that could happen in Indonesia and, therefore, rain gives us hope but us Indonesians don't buy it lmao (and the almost-annual flood in the freakin CAPITAL kinda sucks too, so everyone has jokingly blamed her for it ever since she debuted) Edit: Grammars and stuffs, bcs I'm ID and english is complicated for no reason at all

There are four nationalities that were predominant when the Midwest region was settled: German, Polish, Irish, and Norwegian. The accent that Nerissa and her mom has is mostly Norwegian with just a teeny tiny hint of Polish.

It's absolutely mesmerizing how vtuber moms are carbon copy of their daughters. The vtubers are keeping a blend of crafted persona and natural personality for partially business purpose and genuine bonding with viewers, but the mothers, with absolutely no contract binding and financial reason, just shows themselves and in turn exposes exactly how these vtubers inherited their traits, down to the wires like Kobo's brattiness, Ollie's suave demeanor, and Mamarissa here. A bit of deviation, but Gin Penrose from Rin Penrose (might be the other way around but eh) is absolutely my favourite.

Man you have GOT to watch Rocky Horror Picture Show. It's not really what I would call real horror, more like campy horror. The newer Resident Evil games are far more scary than the movie.

The Rocky Horror Picture show or shortened to Rocky Horror is a rock opera movie or a horror/Musical from the mid 70s. It has a whole cult following even to this day. It has some strange things in the movie to say the least. The subject matters may not be for children but the movie is pretty good. Would at least watch it once even if it a bit dated. I would just watch it with an open-mind, this was a very popular thing in the 70s and move on from it. A lot of the actors and actress have great voices.
