+Nick Fedorov IF you have these super-high-execution combos on lock and can make them happen in a match, then yes. Other than that, his tool set's not that great and other characters (Shen, Yuri, Hwa Jai, Saiki) offer roughly the same damage with much better general utility. The thing that caught my eye was the dizzy combo on Robert that can cost as little as two drive cancels and a bar (because the two EX explosions aren't necessary as EX moves don't deal stun in this game and EX explosion leaves them at exactly the same height they were at when you used it).
