Ingridents-
For mince marination-
800 g mutton mince
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt
1 tsp red chilli
some coriander leaves
some green chilli
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
For gravy-
1 large onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 small tomatoes
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp biryani masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp yogurt
salt
oil as needed
some coriander & mint leaves
1tsp lemon juice
3-4 boiled peeled potatoes
For Rice-
4 cup basmati rice(socked)
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp ghee
3 & 1/2 cup chicken stock(or water)
salt
whole spices
1 tsp kewra
1 pinch red food colour
some coriander
some brown onion
