Even i have plan to visit Koh kut after visiting Koh chang..can you please tell me about the ferry timings. Can we directly book ticket in the pier or we need to book ahead? Also are there any transport available from Koh chang pier to ko kut pier as we don't have our own car

You can book the ferry on the spot, they usually have a lot of room. Sometimes they have a service from Koh Chang to Koh Kut, but if that one does not run, you have to go back to Trat and take it from there. From transportation, you can take a taxi, there are many around there.

Dude, do you have any idea how spoiled you sound complaining about having to take a boat to get there, vs. just drive your car directly to your hotel? It sounds like that, or maybe you just have no experience with islands in Thailand or how things are done when you want to travel beyond Bangkok. Yikes!

This Koh Kood resort for usd 31 is on what beach.

The Resort is in Bang Bao Beach. It was amazing. I could live there forever.

You need to do in much deeper for each destination instead of just the tip:) You should have hired a motorbike and shown us all the beaches and some tips on other great deal accomodation. You made a big mistake. Knowing Koh Kood is expensive island n you got accomodation so cheap you should have made the best of it n given us viewers a very detailed account on all its beaches restaurants even though few open.
