We loved these islands, hope you do too, you can apply for a licence... Or just be sensible where you get it out, I tended not to fly it in tourist spots and just did it where it was quiet... But no issues taking it into Thailand when we went - have the best time

Hello from the UK (we're back in the cold!) We actually rented ours from the hotel, we arrived and they asked if we wanted one and brought it straight down for us to use. There are quiet a few around though so I wouldn't panic! Enjoy the island! We definitely did
