At least it’s better than both its immediate predecessor and successor. I have a Barrington from 1989 which is the exact same thing with wall outlet and I will say it indeed does clog fairly easily but the bowl rinse is really really good.

you should really do blocked siphon jet tests on your toilets! to ensure that you can unblock it, i always use duct tape to cover it up , and it works long enough for a few flushes!

If I remember correctly, my grandma had one of these (not sure exactly which generation wellworth but it was one cause I faintly remember the trapway), it was in a very dark green
