Rohit bhai ki batting aayegi to captaincy bhi improve hogi. Mere khayaal se problem yahi hai ki pehle jab Rohit batting karne aata tha target thi ki bhai aaj 200 run pel ke jau, ab ye target hoti hai ki run rate maintain karu jo ki Rohit ko jara sa bhi suit nahi karta uska playstyle ab thoda sa forced lagta hai jaise kisine bola ho ki chauka nahi lagaoge to har jaoge. All Rohit has to do is trust his defence, leave the correct balls and use his brilliant timing to cash in on loose deliveries with his check drive. The sweeps, reverse sweeps, slogs etc have to be reduced. Kohli just has that 1 massive problem right now that we all know very well. Pant needs to go back to playing big innings(maybe a mindset issue?) and Jaiswal needs to hit loose balls instead of good balls which is a good skill but not consistent. Gill needs to be confident in the shot he wants to play, half the time he will set up for a pull shot just to play a weak drive. This is totally my analysis and may be flawed I don't mind arguments or corrections in this

I agree with you Pahul I feel like ever since Gautam Gambhir has been the coach. Indian tea has been falling apart and are not able to pull their socks up. Shubman gill is very good batsman on the indian soil and has a fixed mindset of throwing hands on the ball swinging away for a drive which suits him on indian soil.......but when he comes to aussies or other sena countries he needs to understand that the pitch bounce is different as well as initial swing is really good . ........ He should focus on defending some balls in the earlier phase of an innings........ He might need to play like Pujara ......a slow but a steady partnership creation from his end would be a positive.
