A lot of people have been finding the original lyric video through this lately, and it makes me really happy for even non-Touhou fans to be taking interest in Koishi.~ More importantly, coming back to see this again was as much of a pleasure as the first time. All of her expressions are so evocative and intriguing, and her impossible-to-expect nature is reflected in animation so well, keeping me on my toes and making me want to keep watching over and over! Whether or whenever you finish the animatic or not, I just want to say again that I'm forever incredibly grateful that you brought this much to life. It's wonderful work, and you do all sorts of wonderful work in your newer art, and I wish you all the continued attention and success you deserve!

I don't know the whole story with her but I'm guessing she cut it because she was tired of how everyone thought of her sister and her. Making her third eye close, making her unable to see into people's thoughts, but kept her invisibility?

@Alvi Syahri That's what i think too, since that's what most people think. I somehow doubt the eye would just shut it self, Satori's eye seems to be fine and open, so maybe Koishi did something to it.

@@zer0330 Koishi was able to hear other people's thoughts, resulting in a major backlash after they take notice about Koishi's knowledge about their deepest secrets. Koishi couldn't handle any more bigoted or hurtful thoughts that go against her and her sister, thus closing her third eye. This also takes a part of her away sadly.

Not only has Pear said that he wants to finish this video and works on it in his spare time, but this was *the* draft that kickstarted him into animation. Clearly it means a lot to him or Pear wouldn't have posted it in the first place. For those of you complaining, please stop and listen to yourselves: "He forgot, he won't finish, I'm disappointed, let's spam until he gives us what we want." If I had a third eye like Koishi and this was all I heard, I would probably close it too. Say you invested many hours into something; would you really just forget its existence in the blink of an eye? A year is not that much time; independent animation is an especially slow process. Artists have lives outside of their creations, rarely are passion projects enough for a creator to sustain themselves. So please keep in mind it took much more effort for Pear to make draft #1 than it did for us to watch, and it's not his obligation to deliver a final version to his viewers anytime soon. Unless Pear announces otherwise I will continue believing in those words. Regardless, I'm sorry if I came across as too blunt. There's loads of positive comments here, maybe my comment isn't necessary. Still, I insist that instead of being unhappy about the absence of a complete animation, let's show our support for the guy who shared his creativity with everyone in the first place! Thanks for your time...whoever you are.
