I've made this, it was yumm! I could definitely taste the lemon leaves. Made for a lovely, zingy twist on the chocolate flavour. 🍋🍫

Thank you so much, an awesome video, I'm making koko araisa to teach matter in my science class in Australia. The hubby's review was helpful as I'll be using the Bourneville or Cadbury drinking chocolate instead of the actual Samoan koko which is much much better.

Oh great ... wish my former science teacher made pudding I'm sure I would have paid much more attention 😂👍 ... glad to be of help!

You need to wash your rice. 😂
@CheaperWaysNZ Жыл бұрын
Oh I was told it was better not to for this type of recipe as it makes it thicker / more starchy if you don't? Generally I'd wash it if I was doing fried rice or similar ... maybe it depends on personal preference 🙂
@paska5790 Жыл бұрын
Yes you’re right about personal preference some like it thicker than others personally I never wash my rice when making this. Also sometimes instead of coconut cream and sugar I like to replace it with condensed milk and and a few teaspoons of vanilla extract maybe your husband will prefer this way better 🤣

@@paska5790 oh he loves anything vanilla flavour so you could be right lol!
