Your instructional videos are the best. Not long and drawn out with lots 9f talking. To the point with solid technique! Thanks for making them.

I just wanted to say thanks for all the videos that have helped me better myself every year. The first time I ever wrestled was in 8th grade. I went undefeated that season and placed at kids club state. I would watch your videos to get some ideas on new moves. I was always so excited for the next dual to try out new moves. I couldn’t wrestle freshman year because of a torn labrum, but sophomore year I trained harder than I had ever for anything in my life. Gaining a team regional title. I’m a junior in high school now, and to be honest at the beginning of the season my heart wasn’t in it because i was wrestling heavyweight285lbs only weighing 230. I lost some matches to people I should’ve beat because I was struggling to find a reason to keep wrestling. A couple days ago I watched a few of your old college matches and decided to click on this channel again. Watching the techniques on your moves made me remember why I loved wrestling. I remembered my drive to be great. You serve as an inspiration for what I want to accomplish. I hope one day, with the moves I see here, that I can be one of the best heavyweight wrestlers out there.
