Thank God. Kolkata court shows interest. In Shrimati's murder case in Tamil Nadu even court showed it's ferociousness at victim's family.Culprits side was so powerful.Till now the culprits' side is successfully ensuring that victim's side don't get access to the main evidences for proceeding with the trial part.Unless justice for Srimathi is not ensured,the current agitation in recent case and achieving judicial justice will be incomplete 😢

He is the solicitor general of WB. Also, even if he is evil he needs a representative. Without a lawyer he cannot be prosecuted. We try to give equal representation to everyone in court. Also, mostly because the lawyer has a family to feed. It's his duty as a lawyer to save his client just as it's duty of a medical professional to save lives.

Chief Justice has rightly observed. Had Sandeep Ghosh really not extra powerful his resignation would not have been regreted and given reward posting in National Medical College. Earlier also in two occasions transfer order of Sandeep Ghosh from R.G Kar Medical College withdrwan within a week period.
