Atleast reformation will may help for another 10-30 years. Just as short servive commission (agniveer) is introduced in army, police should have 98% staff as "short service commissioned" staff to control corruption and to enforce the law without being dishonest. Central and state vigilance staff should be on commission basis, so as many corrupts they will catch, the vigilance staff can get as much rich by rewards legally.

IT ..... is highly impossible that the principal was unaware of the brutality. The culprits who did this must be from the principals gang and his friend circle or those people who are associated directly with the principal in his all dark illegal activities....the principal knows all...the crime scene or room must be having some back door or secret door from where these culprits entered in the room where the dr sister was resting ....and i think she was sedated either by food or injection.....so that she cant protest....now after committing this brutality they must have gone from the same back secret door...and then in the end send sanjay roy to that room from that corridor where cctv camera was there..and he must be drunk as usual in the greed of doing wrong with a woman according to his pervert mind. So that only sanjay roy gets captured in the camera and no doubt he must have done wrong with that sister. So may be aftet thar she died....and the police who first arrived at the crime scene was the same hospital police whose post was in hospital that means those policemen on duty again friends with sanjay roy and the hospital authorities who wiped away the first most evidences.....And the renovation drama was done may be to destroy that secret door from where the culprits entered and where there was no cctv camera.....so this was all planned...THE ENTRY AND EXIT INTO THE ROOM WHERE THE DR SISTER WAS ....all planned......
