You need to understand the system. The investigation agencies have to get some concrete and circumstantial evidence before the court. These are complex matters and the judiciary will follow the law. Emotions are running high and people want instant justice like in Saudi Arabia. No proper trial, instant chopping off the head. A democratic society works to ensure that no innocent person is condemned especially knowing the crooked politicians nexus with the police and wealthy people. CBI is still investigating the SSR case. In 2G and coal scam case the judge famously said he was waiting for CBI to bring evidence against the accused which never came. In such scenario what can an honest judiciary do?

We don't have any system judiciary,police,or home ministry functioning the way it functions in the west. When a heinous crime like this takes it does not take much time for the police to gather evidence as they are technically so advanced and the officials trained. All this happens under the guidance of homeland security something like our home ministry. Once all first hand information is collected the culprit is presented in the court and it's a matter of months when punishment is handed down. A matured democracy functions like this

As per PMR, there were 12 external injuries and 8 internal injuries. There is one injury on scalp. So it appears that this can't be done one man. 2ndly, Volume of white fluid found is 151 ml. How much is sperm and other secretion needs to confirmed by forensic. Weight of dissected genitilia used for forensic check is 150 gm. To confirm one rape, it will take 2 weeks for forensic but for gang rape, it will take 2 months to confirm. The forensic test started on 10 th August
