I’m not Indian and have no idea about this sort of food but what surprised me is the amount of oil and salt he has used !!! That’s a perfect recipe to get high blood pressure and cholesterol.

Nobody eat it every day... this food is Asians and Arab etc.. where people sweat and do walk.... which will not give any health issue. It all depends upon lifestyle. Definitely it is not meant for people on dieting.

Hey there I don't know when this video was made but what stands out to me there are no woman in the outdoor kitchen only men cooking there is no measure of ingredients that goes in to each pot I know it's bulk cooking and I bet it's delicious I would prefer to taste it and not see how it's made🙄😲😬🤔
