Guys, I'm starting to think Orcust is Loom's favorite archetype. Also speaking of Droplet, has everyone forgotten we got Dark Ruler No More like 3 years ago? No one cared at the time because we still didn't have a lot of monsters worth using it on yet but now we definitely do. Yeah you can't do damage that turn but it's better than going minus at least 2 cards for one negate.

How to you summon the level 3 synchro?

lvl 1 going second + skill gives level 2. Make level 3 to negate a monster, this will also summon bloom. Can then use the 2nd skill to send bloom to grave for a lvl 8. Revive bloom, make vermillion. 2 disruptions removed/forced and u havnt even normal summon yet.
