The power of voices when they come together❤ ( HM Queen Mary )

The playlist of these Danish choirs just keeps on getting longer and longer. I could listen to them all day and never get through my list of "favourites".

Encanto, dulzura, armonía, elegancia. La voz femenina resonancia del Alma. Un coro angelical para llorar de alegría. Y dirección varonil magistral. Mi admiración y mayor agradecimiento.

Why?... Whenever i hear these young ladies sing my eyes get watery and stuff... Why? Anyways here's the lyrics to this song... Rows and floes of angel hair And ice cream castles in the air And feather canyons everywhere I've looked at clouds that way But now they only block the sun They rain and snow on everyone So many things I would have done But clouds got in my way I've looked at clouds from both sides now From up and down, and still somehow It's cloud illusions I recall I really don't know clouds at all Moons and Junes, and Ferris wheels The dizzy dancing way you feel As every fairy tale comes real I've looked at love that way But now it's just another show You leave 'em laughing when you go And if you care, don't let them know Don't give yourself away I've looked at love from both sides now From give and take, and still somehow It's love's illusions I recall I really don't know love at all Tears and fears and feeling proud To say "I love you" right out loud Dreams and schemes, and circus crowds I've looked at life that way But now old friends are acting strange They shake their heads, they say I've changed Well something's lost, but something's gained In living every day I've looked at life from both sides now From win and lose and still somehow It's life's illusions I recall I really don't know life At all I've looked at life from both sides now From up and down and still somehow It's life's illusions I recall I really don't know life At all... Thanks so much for those lyrics. Always loved that song but for some reason never read all the words before. Now I like it even more. Thanks again.

Watching Joni sing this song when she was in her early 20’s, live in her mid 50’s and again live on stage in her mid 70’s (find them all on KZbin). You can sense how the song changes as she gets older. It’s a gem.

Beautiful performance. Have loved this song for many years. This is the first time hearing as an á cappella choral and it’s simply delightful. Thank you for this.

Det er sådan en smuk præstation. Med den første tone bragte det mig til tårer. Det lyder himmelsk med englestemmer. Det er som altid: Fantastisk

I love this song; my teacher had me adapt it for classical guitar. Another heavenly adaption, and I’m always so impressed with DR Koncerthuset’s creativity.

People rightly say this is an amazing performance, and I agree. Though not musically inclined, I think the greater credit goes to the arrangement. As usual, sublime..

Pro: Beautiful young women; beautiful voices. Con: I think that given the lyrics, this classic works better w/ a soloist than w/ a choir.
