Nothing like a blower with both pulleys. Absolutely woke up my SC’s midrange and power up top - pulls very hard. That Kong is a great setup - wish I could get it on my Toyota with an RPM fuel system/tune.

It’s a stock bottom end which happens to have a 20% stronger aluminum block and everything else is forged. So yes stock for the LS9 but very robust.

Okay, I've got to ask. It seems at least half of the C6s I see on the channel have those C6 ZR1 wheels in the graphite finish (whether they're a ZR1, Z06 or whatever). I live in Florida where, it seems, every third car is a Corvette and I've NEVER seen those wheels down here. I don't even see them on cars on other channels. Are you guys giving them away with the purchase of heads and cam, or what? ;-)

They're GM wheels, the color is competition gray. Most 20 spokes you see are chrome, with silver and comp gray being less common. The Z06 w/ Z07 package came with the comp grays too

@@cornfed_zed7327 I had competition gray wheels on my second Z06 but they were almost flat black. My current one is Cyber Gray Metallic so I've got Gloss Black wheels on it. Down here in Florida C6 and C7 Corvettes go: 5% polished or chrome wheels, 95% black wheels. Pretty much never see silver or gray paint. Maybe a regional thing? Cheers.

For a heads cam C6 Z yes stock bolts are fine, for the Zr1 no it got heads studs.

RaceProvenMotorsports yes for just a heads cam head bolts are fine. I agree with you. We only install head studs if our customer wants to run over 15+ psi. It’s little insurance for us I case they do something stupid
