Okay, so some MAJOR corrections here. 1. The building did not dislocate Kong's arm, you could already hear it get pulled out of its socket from Godzilla swinging him around. There are also other more impressive durability feats this video ignored. It took enough energy to light up Las Vegas for a week to restart Kong's heart (which left no burn marks on him). Camazotz's Sonic Scream is powerful enough to shake Skull Island so bad that it causes people and heavy equipment to literally jump up in the air when he uses it to DRILL through the ground from the vortex to the surface. And Kong just eats it. Kong at just 220 feet took the Kraken's electricity and venom pretty easily even in the water. He took energy melee attacks from Mechagodzilla. And we know he takes Shimo's planet freezing Frostbite Blast to the arm in GxK. 2. It took two stomps and drilling his foot in twice to actually damage Kong's heart. Muto Prime just took one stomp from a vastly weaker Godzilla and died. Kong is more resilient. 3. In terms of strength feats, you forgot when Kong held the Kraken (something at least three times his size) over his head, ripped it in half, and threw its body thousands of feet up into the air while beaten and exhausted and only 220 feet. In terms of how much that thing weighed, we don't know, but the tsunami made from its impact made a wave much taller than Kong that completely submerged a huge chunk of the island. Also, a Kong exhausted at 50% was able to wrestle with and knock down a 605,000 ton Mechagodzilla, who was THROWING 99,000 - 164,000 ton Godzilla around like a wet towel. So Kong is undeniably stronger than Muto Prime. 4. Godzilla was never toying with Kong. That statement is blatantly contradicted in the actual movie, Novelization, Art Book, and by Greg Keyes. Arvid Nelson, the AUTHOR of Birth of Kong and Godzilla: Aftershock, has stated that Kong would be a horrible matchup for Muto Prime, and has maintained this. He also more recently said that he favors Camazotz against her too, which Zid also backed up. He literally says over and over again that he wrote Muto Prime to not be that impressive relative to other Titans, but to be specifically made to kill Godzilla. That's her entire gimmick. So no, Kong without any weapons takes this, but you are right about the axe, she'd just shatter that LoL.

I just watched the fight between Godzilla and Kong, particularly round 3. Just before Kong gets launched by Godzilla, the way Godzilla pulls his arm, it looks like Godzilla may have pulled out because earlier in the fight, his arm did not look that long 😅 but anyways I think it was a combination of Godzilla pulling Kong's arm out of the socket and Kong crashing into that building. By the way, cool thumbnail. And while I do believe Kong would put up one hell of a fight before going down, I think he would lose unless he came up with one hell of a game to beat the Muto. As for Kong with Infinity Gauntlet, all he needs is snap Muto out of existence, just joking, I think he's got better chances, but I want to wait and see what it does in the movie. Good video. 👍

Honestly I personally disagree for three main reasons 1. Kong was weakened when he fought Godzilla: To make it quick the military made a sedative specifically for Kong using his blood that would allow them to transport him which made him weak and sluggish. Sedatives can take take hours to wear off especially if it’s made specifically for you meaning Kong was weakened against Godzilla for both fights. I still think Godzilla would have won but the context is important. 2. MUTO Prime evolved to counter Godzilla: Muto Prime is likely an Alpha Class Titan by herself but the reason why she does so well against Godzilla is because she evolved to counter him. Her sonic roar immediately takes out Godzillas strongest ability. Any non physical feat demonstrated against Godzilla would probably not work at the same capacity against other titans. 3. It has been confirmed Kong wins by the creators: The comments I believe are on twitter/X that state Kong has a higher chance of winning by the creators. Some more speculative takes that aren’t official:Unless stated somewhere I haven’t seen, Muto Primes roar is not stronger than Camazots. The roar was evolved specifically to shatter Godzillas spines through harmonic resonance which has no implied disorientation effects. If the reason why this is assumed is because it disoriented Godzilla you can easily chalk that up to the fact Godzilla had a parts of his spine literally shatter. I think your spine, or parts of it, shattering would cause major pain/disorientation. Not saying it can’t be disorienting but I don’t see why it would be stronger than Camazots screech which likely did evolve to disorient other titans. Also assuming Mutos are like insects with strong exoskeletons but weaker insides a punch or two from Kong could kill the Muto. Best example in the real world would be why we use Kevlar rather than standard steel plates for body armor. A bullet would likely not get past a steel plate but the concussive force of the plate stoping the bullet would cause internal bleeding or even broken bones. Kevlar is preferred because it disperses that force and prevents the bullet from damaging the organs/body. Kongs sheer punches might not be able to break the Mutos armor but the crushing force might be enough to destroy its insides making the armor useless. Godzilla can stand these punches because aside from his thick hide he is insanely muscular. But again I don’t know if the Mutos have an insect like composition so this also speculative. Finally Kong took a full blast from Godzillas Atomic breath while the Muto took a much less condensed Atomic pulse from a slightly younger Godzilla who had his plates shattered and they both seemed to take the same amount of damage from it.

Although this is a nice well built video, I can’t help but dislike the fact that just because Kong has been seen in action more as well as having movies to go along with his strengths, Prime only has a comic to dictate her attributes. Yes, I know it’s not necessarily your fault, as this is the only media we have on her. However, what I would say is by far, this has to be the most accurate portrayal of how this fight could have gone. Would still love to see MUTO Prime on the big screen one day though. Either way keep up with the good work!

I mean when you make a movie you’re making a movie and the commentaries like an extra thing and if you have to explain or anything else in a commentary anything… you know it’s just a separate thing it’s not the movie you know and you know that you know yeah I think I remember saying that and just being totally joking because you know it is a very convoluted sort of excuse to go down into Hollow Earth but you know when I say it doesn’t matter I don’t think I’d literally meant it doesn’t matter at the end you know. I mean because truthfully like what does matter to me is that you know that the movie get to all the fun stuff and you know really at the end of the day you know movies have MacGuffins you know these are things that are important to the characters but really aren’t important to the audience and that’s that part of the film is getting sort of the MacGuffin out of the way that’s all it is you know and so once that part has been unlocked and achieved by the characters then the movie isn’t just “okay we’re trying to get to point A to point B”. It becomes now we’re really in the fast track with the really exciting stuff and so yeah. I mean it’s funny, it’s really funny like whenever I did Blair Witch the commentary and there’s a lot of controversy because Simon and I wouldn’t, he’s the writer of that film, we wouldn’t say what the thing was in the woods and we wouldn’t clarify certain mysteries within the movie and that some people are really mad and it’s just like what do you really expect me to you know we didn’t tell you in the movie we’re not gonna tell you in the commentary but you know people wanna be mad at me they can be mad at me you know whatever. It’s like I think the movie delivers on a level that I’m really proud of and you know and there are just you know there’s kind of silly plot contrivances in the film, Godzilla vs. Kong, but the thing is you know we tried everything it wasn’t because out of laziness or something that we just like landed at something it’s like no stone was left unturned I can assure you in terms of developing that film and ultimately where we ended up you know some of it’s a little over complicated in terms of what their journey you know their purpose for it is you know like does it really make sense them uploading the signal up there, sure, maybe you know like enough to give us an excuse to you know have a movie and have fun but ultimately you know you have to pick the route that’s the best for the overall movie and a film like Godzilla vs. Kong you know pacing is so important you know and obviously it doesn’t take precedence over anything but that’s the balance and for me it’s just a matter of trying to make the most efficient version of the film possible and just like every film you know we have like deleted scenes and some of that stuff you know there’s a couple of cool deleted scenes that didn’t make it into the film but there’s nothing that I missed from the movie.

Kong takes strength because he is able to rag a much stronger, heavier godzilla (while literally 88% sedated) than the one muto prime went up against. Plus muto prime had to use hit and run tactics to actually stand a chance, so yes muto prime does beat base kong and axe kong just not “with ease” muto prime wins with high difficulty. And also adam wingard contradicted his own statement by admitting to the fact that he was joking when he said “godzilla was toying with kong” so yes godzilla was indeed taking kong very seriously. And kong dislocated his shoulder mostly because of the force of godzilla’s throw and not the building itself

Overall I don’t think 2021 Kong even if his axe was charged could win. Keep in mind that Muto Prime has a sonic roar that can shatter Gojira dorsal plates, So if Kong gets hit by it, He loses the axe. And since his regen and durability isn’t on par with Godzilla, His eardrums would blow up and his vital organs may go as well. 2024 Kong may stand more of a chance, But since the movie hasn’t come out (and we don’t know what his glove can do) I really have to give this to Prime.

The 20x energy feat for all I know is comming from a toy box,and even if you take it as cannon, it says he can HAVE up to 20x energy, not that he is at full capacity, so this feat is automatically disabled. In addition, I wouldn't trust it all that much as it's still a toy box, but still, with more accurate on screen feats from the tv spots, kong is able to hit and push back the same Godzilla that can casually have kong leaping on his back and just keep on running like nothing happened, so it's not like evolved beats thermo, but yeah the beats glove makes this a pretty even fight, as Kong can hit eay harder BUT prime still has the roar.

You might think I'm delusional, but Kong is actually more durable than MUTO Prime. Let me explain. So even though Kong got his fur burnt by a short blast by the atomic breath to the back, he got burnt because he has fur. His skin under it was probably fine. Also, it took two stomps and drilling his foot in twice to actually damage Kong's heart. Muto Prime just took one stomp from a vastly weaker Godzilla and died. Kong is more resilient. We can also see that in GxK Kong took a super hard stomp from Godzilla and it didn't do anything to him. MUTO Prime may be more resistant to heat, but Kong is definitely more durable overall. Also, MUTO Prime needs to be able to hit Kong in the first place, since his agility is insane and he could probably dodge all her attacks. Now, for the Sonic Roar. I also think this wouldn't severely affect Kong, since MUTO Prime's roar is designed ONLY and ONLY to shatter Godzilla's dorsal plates. You may think that her roar would disorient Kong but I highly doubt it since the reason Godzilla was disoriented was obviously because his dorsal plates broke, which would be extremely painful. Arvid Nelson, the AUTHOR of Birth of Kong and Godzilla: Aftershock, has stated that Kong would be a horrible matchup for Muto Prime, and has maintained this. He also more recently said that he favors Camazotz against her too, which Zid also backed up. He literally says over and over again that he wrote Muto Prime to not be that impressive relative to other Titans, but to be specifically made to kill Godzilla. That's her entire gimmick.

Two factors you didn't consider was if the beast glove is more durable than Gojira plates and the other is one you skimmed over which is weight. I believe that since the BEAST glove is man made then its made of something like steel and Godzilla in KOTM was dropped from about 20k feet seeing as he was above the clouds and didn't shatter a dorsal plate and I don't know about you but if a block of steel was dropped from even half that height it would break, but Prime shattered Godzilla plates that, granted may be more durable, survived a 20k foot drop showing Prime's roar could shatter the BEAST glove and then again he's back to the same Kong that got his ass beat in the first two scenarios. Now weight is another thing to factor in as Kong is 90,000 tons and Prime is 130,000 tons meaning if Kong goes in melee without the BEAST glove being shattered all it takes is for prime to charge him as well and Kong is knocked to the floor, probably tries to punch Prime in the head but doesn't work as Prime's shell is practically invincible, and then Prime shatters the glove and most likely fracturing Kong's arm due to the intensity of the roar then using his claws (Yes MUTO Prime has claws as that's how he gets around under ground) to probably scratch up Kong till he bleeds out or just uses the roar but using all his/her (Idk if MUTO prime is as while they look like a he in the comic they also lay parasitic pair of MUTOs in gojiras like female insects do in real life, from now on I'm just going to call Prime a she) at the top of her lungs or whatever MUTOs have to probably shattered Kong's skull ultimately killing him. So I say Prime wins but that's just my opinion with the information I have available to me.
