Kor Ko - Beef Stew - Cambodian Recipe

Hello friends. Today's menu is Kor Ko, Khmer beerf stew. Enjoy.
2 lbs beef
4 carrots
3 tbsp spicy beef stew paste
6 clove garlic
6 shallots
4 star anise
3 cinnamon stick
1/2 spiced annatio paste (package) or 3 large chili peppers
2 lemongrass
7 lime leaves
1 small piece galangal
2 tbsp chicken powder
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce

I am very proud of you who is wearing Khmer tradition clothes to show the younger Khmer generations. I am also the one who always loves Cambodian clothes. Your personality is not much different from me like to cook , clean organize and neatly and also personal appearance . However, we both have something in comment very similarity .
