So different to Australia... I don't know why the doctors didn't take you inside to clean you up as the pain is because something was left behind and needed to come out. Also the baby should have stayed with mum to bond even if mum had a c-section. Dad was there to help. Well unless baby needed special attention. Great to see that both of you were all good and healthy

Hi! If you have any time, could you guys please try to re-do the subtitles on this video and part 1 as well. They’re very difficult to understand. I can only speak for the English translation. Your more recent subtitles are perfect. They’re awesome. You have done such a good job and I love you videos! Watching this video was enjoyable but hard to fully understand what was happening because of the subtitles. There were a lot of Korean words that were just written in English letters (romanized).

It's so interesting how different it is. Here in the U.S. the baby stays with the mother the whole time even after c-section, unless there is a problem. And you go home on the 3rd day. Did they give the baby formula or donor milk until you were ready to breastfeed?

@@c.a.s1900 Well they can, at least in the hospital I went to. What OP is describing is known as a “Baby-friendly” method. This is more beneficial for the baby than it is for the parents as it encourages breastfeeding from the first drink onwards, so baby gets the breast around the clock. It also helps parents bond more with their baby’s and get more time to practice “Kangaroo Care” which is where you let the baby lay on your bare chest. Study’s show that these methods not only increase bonding between parents and children but also, for the first few days of life, actually help baby regulate body temperature, blood pressure and cortisol hormones. But these methods do help parents in the long run too, “Baby friendly” decreases the risk or severity of postpartum depression and increases a parents sensitivity to the infants cues. That being said, it takes a toll for sure. Going into personal experience, I was in the hospital for 3 days and two nights after birth. And while I wanted to do everything I could for my daughter, I just got too tried to even stay awake anymore on the very last night. I called a nurse and told them that I was getting way to tired and I was afraid I was going to put the baby in an unsafe environment if I didn’t get some sleep. They understood and took her to the nursery and she was taken care of for 4 hours while I took a little nap. When my doctor came in to check my vitals and give me recovery meds I told her I was rested enough to have my daughter back and they gave her right back. So yes, it’s possible to be in a baby friendly hospital that also offers nursery care if needed/requested. But it’s highly recommended you last as long as you can. I believe I owe my perseverance in breastfeeding to the Baby-friendly method. And because I was so determined, my baby has never gotten actually ill. The worst she’s ever gotten was a small fever during teething and after shots. She’s also a huge momma’s girl because of the kangaroo care I provided in the beginning. Can fall fast asleep in my arms for hours. But every method has its benefits. Nursery’s are great for helping mom recover and help parents from getting too overwhelmed all at once. Also let’s parents relax now that they have their child in the world happy and healthy. Nursery’s also help babies from being stolen as they are often the most heavily monitored room rather than having parents try to be accountable for all the various specialists that enter the suite. It depends on personal preference I suppose.

When I was giving birth (both times), I had to have an episiotomy (where doctors cut you “down there” to either prevent tearing, which is harder to stitch up, or to make the opening slightly larger) and it gets very sore down there. The thing I was most scared of after delivering my babies was my first poop💩. They give us stool softeners here in Canada to help with the pain but oh boy, it was a very mentally and physically challenging thing. Not as painful as a c-section of course but it takes all of one’s courage to “go”. I can laugh at it now but back then it felt like I was passing knives!! 🔪 🔪 lol

I didn't have any episiotomies, but still needed a few stitches each time. After my third, I went through a whole bottle of stool softener but couldn't poop for almost 3 weeks ! MY ex gave me a bottle of prune juice and I had relief that night, lol !

제왕절게하는영상부터 회복하는영상까지 너무 잘봤어요 너무 고생많으셨어요! 저는 9월출산인데 자연분만을 원하고 있지만 혹이 3개나있어서 제왕을 권유(?)하더라구요 문제는 혹이 아래쪽으로 있어서 자궁쪽으로 양쪽두개..중간한개..혹덩어리가수술하는쪽에 있는바람에 수술하는것도 골치아프다하고 큰병원가서 혹을제거하고 출혈이 심하면 적출까지..해야한다하니 원래 병원이란곳이 최악의상황까지 말해주는곳이라 덤덤하긴 하지만.. 아기가 위에 있다 하네요 ㅠ 제 몸이 그렇다 쳐도 우리도담이가 많이 불편하겠구나 싶으니 맘이 안 좋아요 글구 수술하고 나면 보호자가 며칠을 있어야한다는데 울 신랑이 회사사정상 며칠 비울수도 없고..큰 고민입니다 ㅎㅎ;; 두 어달 남은기간 잘 생각해 봐야겠어요 이러다가 많이 움직여서 울 아기가 쑥 나왔으면 좋겠어요ㅋㅋㅋ 다시한번 고생하셨고 축하드려요 🎉

맞아요 병원은 언제나 최악의 상황을 말해주지만 조심해서 나쁠거 없으니 큰 병원가서 출산까지 하심이 어떨런지요~ 이 상황에서도 아가를 걱정하는 우리는 엄마이긴 엄마인가봅니다ㅜㅜ 저도 신랑은 수술날 포함 처음 3일만 함께했답니다~ 4일째부터는 어느정도 혼자 움직일수 있어서 괜찮았어요 보통 3일은 꼭 보호자가 있어야한다고 하니 금요일 휴가내시고 금토일 함께하시거나 월요일 휴가내시고 토일월 함께하셔도 괜찮을거 같아요~ 물론 자연분만을 원하신다면 그게 최고의 시나리오네요😊 그럼 저도 그렇게 되기를 함께 바라면서🙏🏻 축하감사해요 ! 남은기간 즐기세요❣

Wow.... from where I come from we walk the moment our anesthesia is over... my second baby (25 years old) was born at 8am and the medic have me walking by 12pm... but my first baby 18 years at the time was... really difficult... also a csection and fast recovery but I think here the process is really fast ( not so kind sometimes 😭) ... no more than 1 day in the hospital and after the csection walking within 4 hours....

안녕하세요😊 이게 입원실 비용이 보통 포함 되서 이야기하는데 저희는 어쩔수없이 다인실써서 제왕절개비용까지 합해서 40만원정도 나왔어요~ 무통주사는 기본으로 들어가고 페인버스터 사용유무에 따라 또 금액이 달라지는데 저희는 영상 보시다시피 했구요~ 저희 병원 입원실이(다인실기준) 하루 5천원정도 했고 식대 들어가구요~ 이정도 참고하시면 될것 같아요😄

My three sons were born in the sixties. The first two were kept in the nursery. They were brought out during feeding time then returned to the nursery. The last son stayed in the nursery the first day. The second day he spent most of the day in the nursery. The last day he stayed with me. All three were c-sections. I never went through any pressing on my stomach. I guess it was because they cleaned everything out before they stitched me up. With the last son I was brought into recovery with the spinal needle still in my back. After I was settled in I was left alone until two nurses cane in to let me know they were changing shifts. I was told that I would be checked on again to make sure I was not in pain and to try to stay as still as possible because of the needle still in my spine. If I needed anything to press the buzzer connected, by a cord, to the wall.Then they left. There was no one else in or around the recovery room, I was completely alone. After sleeping for a while I woke up and was beginning to feel pain. The buzzer that was suppose to be clipped to my pillow was hanging down beside the wall out of my reach. A little later a man came in to mop the floor. I told him I was in pain and needed a nurse. He said o.k. and left the room, taking the mop and bucket with him. No one came. Finely I tried to grab the buzzer. The guardrails were up and the bed was pumped up to its highest. I could not lower the rails and I could not try to slide down, to the floor, with the needle still in my spine. By the time a nurse came around it was to inform me they were changing shifts. When she saw me balled up in pain a doctor was called and I was given a shot for the pain. The doctor said I was as white as the sheet I was laying on. I had blood on the bottom of my feet from wrapping my arms around my legs with my feet against my bottom but I was lucky I had not damaged my spine from moving around so much.

자연분만이든 제왕절개든 쉬운 분만은 없는거 같아요😭 그러나 최근 1년내에 출산한 제 주변 10명중 8명은 자연분만 혹은 유도분만을 실패했기에 저는 제왕을 선택했어요ㅎㅎ 적어도 두 가지 다 경험하는 모험은 하지 않기 위해서죠. 그래서 제 선택에 후회는 없습니다!! 잘 하실수 있어요 아자아자 💪

그쵸 입원실 침대도 불편하고 저도 조리원 얼른 가고싶었어요ㅎㅎ그러나 병원기간 단축하고 조리원 올라가면...그만큼 집 가는 날짜가 당겨지는거라 입원실에서 푹 쉬었어요🤣🤣 조기 퇴원 가능할런지는 저도 잘 모르겠네요😅 아참 !! 그리고 출산 축하드립니다❤

Hold that baby it's important for the mother and the dad to do skin to skin with the baby it is important for y'all to hold the baby as soon as it is born I saw that your husband didn't go in with and when you had your baby Adrian delivery is the hospitals there don't allow the dad to go in when you are delivering your babies in the United States with a normalcy no more delivery and a C-section your husband gets to go in to see you deliver your baby and you get to have time to hold your baby that skin-to-skin touch that the mom and dad deserve to do with the baby
