i think the "normal" chod rig is the better solution for the most situations specifically for weed ect. and it gets even less tangled. this is my opinion

For casting at shows on a weedy like then yes you're absolutely correct. I would consider a hinge as well, but not with a stiff boom

what I don't get is, every time we watch one of these videos they always seem to cut down a kicker. Why don't they just make them that size?

Is the hook actually shown on the rig a wide tape? Looks like a continental but maybe it’s the angle.

Great to see Ritchie back on the scene. Legend is a term bandied around far too much, but I think with Ritchie it is entirely appropriate: Bazil and the Royal Forty... to name just two of his epic history catches!

The rig just slid down the line to the lead opposite to what he think is happening with having the top bead 2ft up🤣
@stikrin7007
@stikrin7007 3 жыл бұрын
It doing exactly what he want it to do. Hit bottom with rig up to highest bead, then slide down to where it can settle on top of the debris/weed.
@numbnutz7832
@numbnutz7832 2 жыл бұрын
Hits the top bead ONCE it’s in the water, DESCENDING back to its resting place on top of the weed. Open your mk I eyeballs and watch again.
