👦 This is a specialized seafood processing company located in Pohang, Korea. We captured yellowtail, which is in season from December to February, on the east coast of Pohang, raised it in a cage fish farm, and filmed the process of catching and processing it.

Omg the bludgeoning is a bit much…I know it’s how it’s done but the force, the massive convulsions by the fish, and the instant decapitation with tons of blood can be a little bit triggering or traumatizing so maybe a warning at the beginning?

Fiquei pensando como o tratador do peixe, primeiro, deveria matar (o peixe), depois tratá-lo, fatiá-lo, etc. Ao contrário, usa de requintes de perversidade de já ir passando a faca com o peixe vivo. Pena que não haja tipo uma Associação dos Protetores dos Peixes, para colocar regras no trato dos peixes pelos tratadores. Abraço cordial. Salve Maria!.
