Today we finally bring the magic of Isaac's Toast to the UK!! With the first ever (un)Official Isaac Toast London!!
Next week, we have our friends and family try Korean street toast for the first time and see what they think!!

비율은 맞춰가며 만드셔야하지만 이삭토스트 소스는 마요네즈+설탕+파슬리가루+레몬네이드가루 약간으로 만듭니다. 지금은 폐점했지만 제가 일하던 이삭토스트는 사장님이 소스를 직접 만들어서 쓰셨어요(이삭에서 납품하는 소스가 많이 비싼데 이 비용을 아끼고 싶은데 소스주문을 안할 수는 없으니까 사장님이 공개된 재료성분 연구(?)하셔서 똑같이 베끼는데 성공하셔서 반만 주문해서 썼거든요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ) 양배추는 칼로 썰지 마시고 날이 몹시 좋은 감자칼로 써시면 이삭의 두께가 나옵니다 ㅎ

@올클로 그만큼 프랜차이즈 납품 재료비가 깡패급인거죠 재료비로 떼가고 가맹비도 떼가고 점주는 자기 자본으로 창업해서 노예생활하는거임 동업자가 아니라요 우리나라 프렌차이즈들은 동반성장이 아니예요 차로 치면 지입차주인건데 이런 지입차 문화가 음식으로 프렌차이즈 문화로 정착된듯한 느낌이 강하다고 생각할때 많습니다 치킨쪽이 유독 심하죠 발품팔어서 닭을 사면 더 싸게 사는데 닭값이 떨어졌을때도 납품받아쓰면 질은 더 떨어지면서 비싼닭 사다 팔게되는거로 한때 이슈되었던적 있었습니다 거기다가 본사 이벤트 비요을 점주들에게 부과한다던지 생색은 본사가 내고 이벤트 논의에선 빠진 점주가 이벤트 비용 덤탱이 쓰는거죠

I love these videos where Josh and Ollie(and sometimes with the help of Gabie) recreate their favorite Korean food. Its inspiring because my hometown has a dish that I have not been able to eat for close to 12 years now. I want to be able to do something like this where I ask friends from there to send over ingredients here to the US and then recreate the entire dish. These types of videos absolutely brings a lot of joy to me. And the follow up videos where they introduce the food they make to their friends and family. Something I really look forward to to battle Depression and thougts of Suicide.
