No it's in the middle of the year! End of year is winter but still beautiful, I defs prefer gioing during spring/summer season though!

april,may,september,october will be good for trevel (15~20 celcious dgrees for daytime,10~15 for night time) and jun,july is also nice to visit beach ( 30~35 for daytime, 25~30 for night time)
