Yes! A recipe that uses soy bean paste (and lots of it). It was just sitting in the fridge and I was starting to get worried if I'll get through the whole tub before it goes off. There are perila leaves here but they are the red coloured variety and are very potent. I like putting half a leaf in my lettuce wrap instead of using the whole leaf so the meat flavour is not overpowered.

Thanks again for showing how to make Pajori, ssamjung and dwenjung chigae all in the same video! I always have to go dig around in your video list to find the recipes whenever we are going to have Korean BBQ. Now I can just come here.
