right because somehow in your brain Brits = all the world. what is your comment even? and what would it matter if they only used Korean content creators? not sure why you'd have a problem with that. you foreigners swear like you invented this shit.
@Polemarchos
@Polemarchos Жыл бұрын
@@dianawoo8961 Ok, what the F**k are you on about? My comment is a positive take on the fact that a brand consultant in the US is looking to KE and Jolly as an example of two successful brands, two brands from the UK, not US. Nowhere in my comment did I equate Brits = all the world. And as for the foreigner part of you comment, If you don't live in Sweden then you are a foreigner to me, So take a step back and chill with your xenophobic comments.

@Ray Yule yes I miss a lot of foods! I might be able to find some things at places like Costco, but I don't have a membership or anything so idk if these items are there. I can find western food/good substitutes for most things, but so far biscuits, cornbread, salty chips, and a few specific fast food/brands are very much missed

I'm so sooo happy to see you guys in SC!! I was born and raised in the hub of international cuisine here: Charleston! We have so much influence from Asia to Africa, the Carribbean (where my mom is from) and Europe. If there is any place that you would like to try food from anywhere in the world, I'm sure there's an authentic restaurant somewhere here in the east coast of SC alone; mom and pop owned ofc! As you saw, most people in South Carolina are very friendly and will not hesitate to chat or ask questions like where are you from or "hey what meal did yall get cuz it looks delicious!" And will proceed to talk ur ear off for hours if you let us oops! I worked as a chef for a couple years as I was getting my culinary certificate, but I've been cooking since I could crack an egg. I've loved watching you guys spread Korean food to people around the world over the years, and also trying new cuisines, it has made my days much happier. I've been loving the food tours because I get to see foods that I would never EVER get to see in person! The God of Wine's own personal stock, aged cheeses that are more valuable than gold, and absolute genius chefs at work. Its been a blast. I would love to see you guys try traditional Carolinian cuisine because it is VERY close to Korean cuisine! I like to think that's because they are both very rich in farmland but also coastal. Also, I think you two will love Guyanese cuisine as well. The flavors are homely but will still pack a tasteful punch. It's always a good time when Jolly (and Korean Englishman ofc) uploads. Thank you very much for being you!

I am originally from near there and the closest to it is either in Charleston, SC or Savannah, GA. I didn't have Korean food till after I moved to Savannah. And didn't try it till after I had been watching KE and k-dramas for a while. One day, drove by the restaurant for the hundredth time and said, you know what? I'm doing it. And I did it, I went in and ate some Korean BBQ and some ddubboki. And now, I even make my own kimchi and Korean fried chicken. Well, the kimchi took some time (dude...that was some trial and error) but now it's good.
