"Malaysia...the country of ballad songs" agreed. As a Malaysian myself I have to say that majority of our singers are ballad singers as for this era. Malaysia if I have to say has gone through so many eras of music: from trot, to disco and rock, to rnb and rap and now ballad and maybe bubblegum pop (eg: Ayda Jebat).

@@funguy9177 the 80's Malaysian music scene is like a fusion between ballad-rnb-rock especially in the late 80's with the gradual transition to more obvious boundaries between the three genre and yeah I myself have to say that im getting bored with all of these sad songs 😂 which is why I'm thankful for the presence of singers such as Ayda Jebat with her bubblegum pop - dangdut fusion of music. It's refreshing for me.

hai blimey. I want to say that the suhaimi suffers singing the song of his heart with eagerness as the song tells about the romance between him and a woman named elfira loy. Sufian suhaimi has been engaged to the woman but the consequences of the engagement is disrupted. now that the woman is married to another man.
