yusukefuuma08 MAMA is kinda song competition tho.. but it is more rounded where there are voting and digitals and vocal too.. the reason we could see Best Female Vocal etc. For Song of the year it did not include vocal to win just like AJL.. Jampi win AJL is because the impact (digitals and views) and the song is good (the marks from expert) It is the same criteria of MAMA for the song of the year too

EGCITY from what i knew abt ajL early 2000's n bfore...judge will evaluate the song, lyrics, malaysian pure composer n the live performance on that night. I dunno if now, 'urban' judges will include the digital, all kinda stuff thing in evaluation
