This video is a PERFECT example of how to teach Korean to a native English speaker. Primarily in our native tongue so not to over whelm us with foreign words while allowing our ears to "perk up" when they hear foreign words. (remember: we do not have to think/translate when we hear our native language). He also uses perfect graphs to appear to us visual learners. This man has discovered the art of teaching. If 갔었어요 means the person went to some place but already came back, then what's the difference between 갔었어요 and 갔다 왔어요?
