The best thing about Korean and Italian culture is how they love to eat a lot of food. This is delightful to my American sensibilities. Some cultures, like in China, Singapore, and some European cultures, overeating is discouraged. Not in Italy or South Korea.

Very nice video, even if tuna and onion is not popular, probably it's just what she prefer, and those on table are not "tagliatelle" (which are a spaghetti-like pasta) but rigatoni, and in the pics they showed another pasta which are "Farfalle", literally butterflies, which are not popular with ragù, more with salmon and other recipes. btw, all seems very good!

@@michellerenee92580 it's one of the basic toppings in Italy and maybe also in the rest of Europe, at least it is in the Netherlands, where I'm from. I guess it's somewhat similar to pineapple on pizza, something you'd never find in Italy but is quite common in the US.

In Italy there are a few of very classic pizzas you find everywhere: Margherita, Marinara, Diavola (with pepperoni), Tonno e cipolla (Tuna and onion), Capricciosa (ham, olive, mashroom, artichoke and sometimes eggs), 4 stagioni (same of Capricciosa, but with the ingredients divided in 4 different quadrants following the seasons), 4 formaggi (with 4 different cheeses), Prosciutto Funghi (ham and mashroom) and the Pizza with Wurstel usually the favorite of children. Then there are some difference from area to area, in the Northern Italy you can find ingredients like speck, gorgonzola, bresaola, rucola, red radish in the south anchovies, capers, eggplant, seafood, ricotta. In Roma pizza and figs. Recently some chefs started making gourmet pizza, which combines "high" cuisine with pizza, an example: pizza with horse tartare, fior di latte, salicornia, roasted pepper and paprika mayonnaise or Pizza with confit pigeon leg, pigeon stock with Campari, artichokes and fior di latte or Pizza with Lobster with butter, giardiniera and burrata.
