That is a legit English breakfast, the tomato and mushrooms looked great, everything was very well cooked. Blood pudding and black pudding will be essentially the same thing with some regional differences. I’ve noticed it’s a dish that’s actually cooked all around the world under different names. As for eating with hands, we will often throw a bunch of items on to the toast (or in a bread morning roll) and eat it with hands. There are no rules to an English (or Scottish / Irish) breakfast, it’s a selection of traditional items, you make a breakfast plate of the ones you enjoy and cook it to your preference. Everyone has their own take on it. I noticed you garnished the beans and sausages… very fancy lol. ❤

By even attempting to put black pudding on the plate you've outdone most places which serve it in the UK, a lot of places don't offer it although it's more common in Scotland. Whack that bacon inside two pieces of toast, smother in ketchup and apply to face…now you’ve got yourself a bacon butty as well (‘butty’ is another word for sandwich). My Mum always loved to put bits of her full English breakfast between two slices of buttered bread (beans as well!) and eat that at the end. It was always messy and dripping but she loved it.
